The Daily Morning Habit that Will Change Your Life!
I have always been an early riser and I’ve definitely been pretty good at having a consistent routine, but I haven’t always been really great at accomplishing my goals.
There have been many times throughout the last five, even ten, years where I make a “To Do” list in the morning and by the end of the day I haven’t even crossed one thing off my list. WTF?! Right? Why even have one?
But then I learned this daily morning habit
And it completely changed how I look at my life. For a long time I was doing affirmations – which I still do and are great. Affirmations are a great way to align yourself with the universe and give you confidence before you are 100% great at what it is you are affirming.
But then I learned about aforemations. Aforemations are questions you ask yourself that allows your brain to work and figure out how to bring great things into your life. For example you could ask, “Why am I so happy and loved?” And then let your brain get to work!
