So you can make your day more productive.

There is a lot of advice out there on how to make your day productive and what to do in your morning routine so you can feel like you are getting things done. But through experience and A LOT of reading and mentoring, this one practice is a keeper.

Mel Robbins told me to do it!

Unless you’ve been living in the backwoods somewhere (no big if you have) you’ve heard of Mel Robbins. She is someone I consider a mentor, even though she has no idea who I am. I read her book, The 5 Second Rule, a few years back and it changed my life. This morning strategy is talked about extensively in the book and it truly WILL help you to have a more productive day.


No joke, ladies! This is a productivity killer because what happens when you hit the snooze button is hour brain goes into sleep inertia. I go into great detail about what sleep inertia is and how it kills your productivity in my latest video.
