Today’s video I am reviewing the best protein powder for women. I’ll go over some of the pros, cons and money saving tips.
This video is about Orgain organic protein powder and why it’s the best protein powder for women.
Let’s talk about the pros.
It’s the best tasting chocolate flavored protein powder I’ve had. It’s not chalky like a lot of protein powders out there. It actually tastes like chocolate and it does not taste like chemicals, which really grosses me out.
Orgain Organic protein is plant based. Now for me, as a woman in my early 40s, I have a hard time digesting milk products and that includes whey protein. It hurts my stomach. So, I really love that this protein is plant based using pea protein and chia protein. This also means that there is 7 grams of fiber per serving which helps with energy. What women doesn’t need a little extra energy?! Every woman I know works hard and could use that extra boost.
It’s sweetened with stevia which is a natural sweetener that comes from the leaves of a plant. So it’s a much healthier option.
I think the major con is it can be a tiny bit pricey, but I’ve found that is the case only if you buy it in a grocery store or GNC or a place like that. I’ve bought it both places and it ranges between $35-40 for a 2 pound container.
So to sum up, Orgain is the best protein powder for women and is my go to protein powder. I love it so much, but I would love to know your thoughts.

We’re making crispy oven fries in today’s video or otherwise called cottage potatoes.
For crispy oven fries we are going to be using a Yukon gold potato. Which is yellow and that’s why they’re called Yukon gold. And they are usually smaller than a Russet. A Russet is one of those Idaho potatoes that are big and brown and I don’t have one with me or I’d show you but we are using the little potatoes. We’re going to cut them into about 1 inch slices and Robin’s going to do that.

After we cut our potatoes we let them rest in a bowl of water for 10 minutes. Watch this short video to find out why!
We put our potatoes in the oven and we’re going to cook them for 13 minutes on one side and then take them out and flippy flip them and then cook them for 13 more minutes.
