The Best Protein Powder for Women

The Best Protein Powder for Women

Today’s video I am reviewing the best protein powder for women. I’ll go over some of the pros, cons and money saving tips.

This video is about Orgain organic protein powder and why it’s the best protein powder for women.

Let’s talk about the pros.

  • It’s the best tasting chocolate flavored protein powder I’ve had. It’s not chalky like a lot of protein powders out there. It actually tastes like chocolate and it does not taste like chemicals, which really grosses me out.
  • Orgain Organic protein is plant based. Now for me, as a woman in my early 40s, I have a hard time digesting milk products and that includes whey protein. It hurts my stomach. So, I really love that this protein is plant based using pea protein and chia protein. This also means that there is 7 grams of fiber per serving which helps with energy. What women doesn’t need a little extra energy?! Every woman I know works hard and could use that extra boost.
  • It’s sweetened with stevia which is a natural sweetener that comes from the leaves of a plant. So it’s a much healthier option.

Cons:

  • I think the major con is it can be a tiny bit pricey, but I’ve found that is the case only if you buy it in a grocery store or GNC or a place like that. I’ve bought it both places and it ranges between $35-40 for a 2 pound container.

So to sum up, Orgain is the best protein powder for women and is my go to protein powder. I love it so much, but I would love to know your thoughts.

Why You Shouldn’t Read Girl Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis

Today’s video is all about why you shouldn’t read Girl Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis.

Welcome back to Completely Karin. Today’s video is all about why you shouldn’t read Girl Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis.

Now this book is all about the lies that we tell ourselves and how we have to stop telling ourselves these lies so we can live happier, more fulfilled lives. The premise of this book is that Hollis gives us a bunch of lies that she has told herself throughout her life, how she has changed them and then she gives one truth that is really, she says, a universal truth for every person. So that truth is that you and only you are ultimately responsible for who you become and how happy you are.

Now this is exactly why you shouldn’t read the book Girl Wash Your Face because once you understand that you are the one that’s responsible for your own happiness and who you become all bets are off.

If you’re looking for another great book to help you become the best you can, check out this blog post and video I did on You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero.

But really I feel like you shouldn’t read Girl Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis unless you are ready to commit, ready to change yourself, ready to stop telling yourselves the lies and start telling yourself the truth so that you can be happy and be the person you were meant to be. Click here if you want to get your hands on this book.

As always be diligent, be bad ass, be you. Love you guys.

MAKING HARD DECISIONS – YOU ARE A BADASS BY JEN SINCERO REVIEW

How To Make Hard Decisions

Today’s video is about making hard decisions. You Are a Badass, by Jen Sincero.

Welcome back to CompletelyKarin. In today’s video I am doing a review on You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero, teaching you how to make hard decisions and giving you three steps in the decision-making process.

So if you are like me and you like to listen to books click the link so you get more information about Audible.

Or if you really just like to sit down at night and cozy up with a book where you can underlying things and highlight and take notes on, again click the link because I’ve got information about how you can get your own copy of You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero.

You guys I have to tell you that this book is changing my life but I think one of the most important things that I want to share with you today is I have learned 3 steps in making hard decisions. For a lot of us making a hard decision is avoided like the plague. Right? Why is that? Why do we really just hate making hard decisions? After listening to You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero and really doing some soul-searching on my own I feel like one of the reasons I have a hard time making hard decisions is because I’m really scared of what other people are going to think if I make that decision. I’m afraid I’m not going to have support. I’m afraid that people are going to look at me and go, “She’s so stupid. Why is she doing that?”.

Making Hard Decisions: 3 steps to simplify the process.

Is this something I want to be, do or have?

Is this going to take me in the direction I want to go, not should go, want to?

Is this going to screw over anybody else in the process?

“So often we pretend we’ve made a decision, when what we’ve really done is sign up to try until it gets too uncomfortable.” – Jen Sincero

Question for the day. What is the hard decision you are facing right now? Leave it in the comments below.

Thanks for stopping by.
